Can I mix the sachet into yogurt or milk for my child?

For sure! However, we recommend giving it in water as it can support your child’s rehydration at the same time.

Can I mix the sachet into hot water or other hot drinks?

The simple answer is yes! However, for the best experience we recommend mixing in water.

Can I take it at the same time as antibiotics?

Yes, you can! And there is no need to wait between taking your antibiotic and Lactéol® diarrhEase™. Take 1 capsule, two times on the first day. Thereafter take 1 capsule every 12 hours for at least 2 to 3 days. If taking along with antibiotics, continue taking one capsule per day for at least 7 days. Lactéol® diarrhEase™ may be used for up to 30 days.

I am pregnant, can I take Lactéol® diarrhEase™?

If you are pregnant or planning on getting pregnant, we always recommend consulting with your health practitioner before taking any new medications or supplements.

I don’t like taking capsules. As an adult, can I take the sachet?

Yes! The sachet contains the same active dietary ingredient with the added tropical fruit taste.

The powder in the capsule is light brown, is this normal?

It is totally normal. The main ingredient has a light brown color when being produced. However, if you notice the packaging has been tampered with at all, please contact our care team on cs@i-healthinc.com or by phone at 1-800-722-3476.

When I mix the powder into water it becomes slightly cloudy and yellow, is this normal?

How long should I take Lactéol® diarrhEase™ for?

You can take Lactéol® diarrhEase™ for up to 30 days. If you have occasional diarrhea, we recommend taking it for 7 days.  If you continue to have any symptoms associated with occasional diarrhea after 7 days, you should seek advice from your
healthcare professional.

What is a postbiotic?

Postbiotics are non-living organisms that promote a healthy functioning digestive system, while being gentle.*

Can I take Lactéol® diarrhEase™ even if I don’t have diarrhea?

Yes, you can. Lactobacillus LB is the active dietary ingredient in Lactéol® diarrhEase™. It is not affected by the acid environment of the stomach, allowing it to reach the intestines where it's needed most.¹ Lactobacillus LB has been shown to play an important role in restoring the delicate natural balance of micro-organisms found in our intestines.*

What is the flavor of the sachets?

The flavor is tropical fruit taste. This is a combination of orange and banana.

Is Lactéol® diarrhEase™ a probiotic?

As a matter of fact, it’s not.  Lactéol® is a POSTbiotic - Postbiotics are non-living organisms that promote a healthy functioning digestive system, while being gentle.* Probiotics, on the other hand, are living organisms and work in a different way.

Can Lactéol® diarrhEase™ be stored at room temperature?

Sure! Lactéol® diarrhEase™ can be taken with you wherever you go. It is easy to store and does not require refrigeration. However, it is important to avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat or direct sunlight, as this could potentially affect the product's effectiveness. For optimal storage, keep the product in a dry place, away from sources of heat.

Is Lactéol® diarrhEase™ based on natural compounds?
